- Restrictions : Visitors must be at least 5 years old to participate in activities with the elephants.

- Dress Code : Wearing lightweight, breathable clothing that covers your arms and legs to protect you from the sun and any potential insect bites
- Accessibility : Accessible via a short boat ride from Phuket or Krabi. Transportation can be arranged from your hotel or nearby areas.
